Standard Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

• The item(s) you wish to return

Once we receive your request, our support team will provide the next steps for your return.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged product along with your order number to service@stellacis.com with the subject line:

This request should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
