Shipping Policy

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time
This includes order verification, product preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.
All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the period required for the package to travel from our warehouse to the destination address.

USA & Canada
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance typically takes 2–4 weeks for delivery (if the item is in stock).

Australia & New Zealand
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance typically takes 2–4 weeks for delivery (if the item is in stock).

United Kingdom & Europe
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance typically takes 2–4 weeks for delivery (if the item is in stock).

Other Countries
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance typically takes 2–5 weeks for delivery (if the item is in stock).


Insured Shipping
If an item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we may arrange a replacement after the issue has been verified and sufficient proof is provided.

Priority Insured Shipping
Priority orders are processed earlier in our daily shipment schedule. Depending on order volume, delivery times may remain similar to standard shipping times. Priority orders are also covered by shipping protection.


Multiple Shipments

Some products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times if they are dispatched from different warehouses.

Tracking numbers may take several days to update in the carrier system. You may track your shipment using a third-party tracking service such as:

Shipping Delays

In some cases, shipping may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volume.
